The pre-seller has the ability to monitor the stock levels in the warehouse in real time, from the application, and the vanseller has the ability to monitor available stocks on the board.
The application makes it possible to control the remaining debts and remaining limits of the customers.
The application enables the processing of customer orders, sales, and returns, followed by the receipt of their payments.
The sales agent can see the outstanding debts of the customers from the application at any hour of the day. In addition, the application can be used to monitor the remaining credit limits if the company uses the credit limits feature. If the customer exceeds the credit limit, the order or sales document will not be processed.
As for stocks, in the application the agent will see only the stocks assigned directly to the them. If the company uses the reservation feature, the application will take into account the reserved products and will only show the pre-seller the available stocks in the warehouse.
In addition, Mardi allows you to view product lists by group. Only the stock of the goods assigned to the sales agent will appear in the application, based on the specified price type.
The Mardi application is customized for both pre-seller and vanseller type of distribution.
Pre-sellers can create orders through their devices. Once submitted, the orders are processed, sales are posted, and waybills are issued within the program.
Van-sellers can also create sales from Mardi based on the distribution waybill. A sub-waybill will be automatically issued, synchronized, and reflected in the Program balance.
In the application, it is possible to create a request for the return of goods, which will be processed in the Balance generating a Sales Credit Note document, along with return waybills and tax invoices.
When a payment is received from a customer, a payment document can be generated in the application and automatically transferred to the Balance as a cash income order.
Beyond the core functions, sales agents may have access to additional capabilities based on the company's database settings and their assigned permissions.

If a sales agent is connected to two or more companies, multiple databases can be registered on a single device. To access information for a specific company, the agent simply needs to switch databases from the side menu in the application.
The application is designed on the Google Flutter platform and has full integration with the Balance program. It is compatible only with Android operating system version 11 and above. It can be installed on both tablets and mobile phones.
A Mardi license must be purchased to use the application.
Integration is possible with both cloud and on-premise databases.
