Dashboard

The dashboard allows you to view the current exchange rate for preferred currencies and the statistical analysis for data for the desired period, regarding including money in the bank and cash register; TOP debtors and creditors; operational and non-operational income and expenses, etc. 

Target KPIs

The feature of target KPIs allows you to set your goals and compare them with real data.

Generate Reports

The application enables you to access all important financial data directly on your mobile. You can control income and expenses, top-selling products, customer debts, cash flows, top debtors & creditors, and also payments categorized by settlement types.

Set and Monitor Targeted KPIs

The KPI Feature includes the following elements:

  • A button to set goals, leading you to a new page where you can define your objectives.
  • The target KPI setup feature contains all KPI cards.

There are two types of KPIs: numeric (mainly amount/quantity), percentage (Ratio), where exceeding the goal has a positive impact on the company, and percentage (Ratio), where exceeding the goal negatively impacts the company.

Data insights

Line and bar charts have additional features to generate quick insights such as:

  • Current Value/Amount
  • Maximum Value/amount in the period and corresponding x period
  • Minimum Value/amount in the period and corresponding x period
  • When Y1=Y2, intersection
  • Average Value/amount  over the period
  • Growth rate (growth rate = (final value - initial value) / initial value * 100%) (growth or reduction)
  • Predicted the next 3 points using the linear regression model
  • The next 3 points are calculated by the moving average method.

Forecast the Future

Line charts offer the feature to further predict future value/amount. According the chosen forecasting method. It can determine the trend of the data and define future points. You can use various forecasting methods:

  • Linear
  • Exponential
  • Logarithmic
  • Polynomial
  • Moving average
